Silent Unity
For over a century, prayer has been the heart of Unity. Silent Unity our worldwide prayer ministry, responds to more than 2 million prayer requests and 1 million phone calls and letters each year.
The Unity Community Church of Brea also has a prayer ministry. Prayer requests are passed out and prayed over each Sunday during the service. All prayer requests are held in strict confidence. While our Prayer Circle meets every Sunday morning with Dr. Johnson to pray over the requests, she is the only one who sees them. The prayer requests are then sent to Silent Unity who prays over the requests for an additional 30 days, before destroying them in order to protect their confidentiality.
Silent Unity has so many recorded healings that Harvard Medical School and Duke University have chosen Silent Unity for a case study on the effects of prayer on healing.
